Welcome to your Final Ceremony of Chainlink. Alex and Jason, you have survived 9 rounds of play, but now, neither of you have the power. The power lies with 7 previously eliminated links that you two failed to save at some point in the game. Now, you want them to help you.
First, the Final 2 will give their opening statements in this thread. After both Alex and Jason have given their opening statements, the jury may begin asking their questions. It does not matter what order the jury members ask questions and they don't have to wait for the Final 2 to answer questions already asked before posting.
Alex and Jason will answer all questions asked when they have the opportunity to do so. After all questions have been answered, the Final 2 will give their closing statements. Finally, I will post asking the jurors to send in their votes to me and lock the thread. You will be voting for who you want to win Chainlink.
Alex and Jason, please make your opening statements when you are ready.

I'm not going to make a long speech right now because no one wants to read that right now, but I will make my answers to your questions honestly and the way they actually happened during the game. I think both of us deserve to be in the final 2, so I am going to put it in the jurys hands at this point.

Hi guys, its been a fun game. You have all been great players and I've enjoyed playing the game with all of you. I really feel like this has been a fun game because there was no real drama, everyone was such good sports and fun to play with. I look forward to hearing from you all again and answering your jury questions. I want to congratulate and thank Alex for bringing me to this opportunity and I believe he deserves to be here, so I will not bad-mouth him in these questions. Other than that, ask away!

Hi Alex, Jason. Fiirstly, congrats on being the final 2. As you know were all voting for the winner, i've not yet made my mind up so...
Why should you win over the other? I'm not saying bad mouth each other but why should i vote for you over the other player?
I'll be taking the replies into consideration when i do make my decision. It is a toughie.

A couple more questions... - Throughout the game, what do you think your best move was? Was there anything in particular that you think made you make it this far in this game? - Out of all the players in the game, who do you think played the best game? Alex: As you said in the previous ceremony, if you would have brought me to the final then you would have been gaurenteed Jason's vote, so what made you bring Jason to the final when you weren't gauranteed mine? Jason: Have you lied at all throughout the game? Have you promised another player something and then went back on your word? That's all for now, i may/more than likey will think of some more. Again, good luck guys!

Hey Guys!!! Congratulations!!! Final 2 Now my questions... 1) What happened to the Final 5 alliance?? I mean, Jason, Alex, Cricket, Kate and Myself were supposed to be in the final 5. And i just cant get how did 5 persons get beated by 2 other players that reach final 4. Did you guys make all the effort or was there some point when you just trew the challenge?? 2) Who do you think was the best move in the game (Elimination way, who was the best player that you were able to evict?? Alex- Why bringing Jason if you could have easily won the game with 4 Jurors on your side?? Jason- Why do you think we, the BIG Alliance members may vote for you, no offense, no matter that you were almost taken to the end with a non offensive strategy? Do you think people might target you as ''Floater'' Both tell me why should i vote for the person sitting next to you!! Congrats Again!!! Oscar

Anthony-
I think i should win this game over jason because i was the one who made the alliance of 3 (jason, cricket, and me) stronger then anyone thought was possible when i brought in kate and oscar.
This move brought both of us further into the game and i think that was defiently my best move
and with all honesty, i think anthony played the best game because he only had thomas to rely on, but then was able to coast cause he was so good at challenges. I am pretty sure jason would have voted for me, but you said during the final 9 that you had to keep winning challenges to survive and you were able to do such. Usually when the jury votes it is not off alliances but off of who played the best and you played better than me. Again I will say that me and jason played about the same type of game- sticking to alliances.

I'm not saying bad mouth each other but why should i vote for you over the other player? I'll be taking the replies into consideration when i do make my decision. It is a toughie. Hmmm why should you vote for me? Well because I played the game and I played it hard. I made smart alliances and smart decisions throughout the entire game AND without even having to win the final challenge I made it to the Final 2. I chose my words very carefully in this game and tried to make friends with all of you throughout the game. I was active in every challenge and I even won a few. I also at some point saved almost all of you at least once. Just because I didn't tell everyone my strategy doesn't mean I didn't have one...I planned this almost perfectly and I ended up in the finals not by accident, but because I did everything I said I was going to do. I am not saying Alex didn't do this, I'm sure he had his own strategy but I know mine worked at least as well as his and I think i did a really good job. If you can see that, and not be mad at me for not being able to save all of you then I think I should win.

Ozzy- I'm not going to lie to you and said that i gave my all during every challenge during the game. After i won the first chain leader challenge, I basically threw the rest up until the final 7. I tried on every CHAIN leader challenge from the final 7 on but anthony ended up winning with 7 left. I knew one of the 5 was going home and i actually thought that i wasl eaving that week, but i knew if i wasnt going then i would be staying another week cause of the reward that i accidently won (yeah i just guessed a bunch of different answers and somehow got it right in a little over a minute). YOu happened to end up going leaving kate as the chain leader where she picked me and i made the mistake of picking jason instead of cricket since jason wasnt able to pick cricket. I admit i made a mistake (sorry man) and for some reason the next week jason told me that we needed to get rid of kate when he won chain leader. I still do not know the reason and i didnt want that to happen, but unforutnately i couldnt save kate so she had to leave.
I think my best elimination was the 2nd chain break because that is where i saved kate (getting rid of Adolytsi). This is how i was able to get kate and oscar on board with us 3.
and keep your questions coming but you really dont have to make them that hard...

A couple more questions... - Throughout the game, what do you think your best move was? Was there anything in particular that you think made you make it this far in this game? I think my greatest move was letting Alex create the alliances for me. I never promised Kate or Ozzy anything. Alex told myself and Cricket that he was bringing in Ozzy and Kate so we would have 5 strong. I never said anything. I never told Kate or Ozzy I was their ally. I kept myself open for deals should they arise. I knew Kate was not working with us when she kept docking points from everyone in our alliance. That's when I knew I had to make a move. I made an agreement with Thomas that I would save him if he saved me. We agreed. I saved him, he saved me. I never said it was an alliance for the rest of the game, though I did watch his back several more times, and he knows that. I made the same deal with Anthony when we were at F4...I basically could have taken Kate or Anthony to save, but I made a deal with Anthony that I would save him if he saved me next time. At that point I had a guarantee to the F3. From there I knew either Alex or I had to win the final challenge...so I think keeping my options open was the greatest move I made, especially when I figured Kate out. I am not going to blow smoke up people's butts here. I think I played the best game, honestly. But if I didn't pick myself I would say that Alex and Anthony played pretty great games. Alex obviously bettered Anthony and got to the Final 2. Anthony stuck around and fought his way into a F3 that he wasn't supposed to be a part of. So both did great in my book. I honestly don't think I have lied to anyone in this game. I save all my PMs just in case I get accused of this. Tricky wording is key here. But I never agreed to an alliance with Kate or Oscar, and I only promised Thomas I would watch his back I never signified how long that would last at all. The only people I made promises to were Cricket and Alex. I upheld my promises to both of them throughout the entire game. In fact, that's why I had to cut Thomas...I had made a promise to Alex, and I only told Thomas I would watch his back. I took Thomas as far as I could. Thanks Anthony for the great questions and thanks for the congrats!

Well Oscar, let me blunt. I never spoke to you in this game. I don't have a single PM from you asking me for an alliance, or a single PM telling you that I was in an alliance with you. Don't get mad at me for something Alex promised you. I never promised you an alliance in this game, nor did I promise Kate. When Alex told me that you two wanted to work with Cricket, Alex and I, I was fine with it, but I never told you I would work with you. I did have you high on my lists so that you would be saved though. However once the "taking points away" challenge happened, I saw where you and Kate stood, and it wasn't with us. I didn't throw any challenges in this game, I worked very hard and gave 100% effort to every challenge, you just weren't a priority for me to save. I realize this may cost me your vote, but I want to be honest with you. As for Kate, I was willing to try and let her go even farther, but she didn't respond to any of my PMs so as I suspected she was not working with us, and I made the choice to save Anthony, forcing Kate out of the game. Alex, I have to call you out on one thing here...I told you exactly why I wanted Kate out and you agreed with me, so it wasn't taht you didn't know why I wanted Kate out. I wanted Kate out because she betrayed us in that challenge. Honestly, you and Kate. I figured out pretty early on that you guys were a team and that you would just hitch on to our alliance until you didn't need us anymore, so I crafted the way to at least split you two up...when Kate didn't want to play with us I made sure she was next gone. I would think you would vote for me because I played the game hard. What do you mean a non-offensive strategy? I won challenges and I made key decisions and moves that would help me throughout the game. If people think of me as a Floater then they didn't pay attention to the game at all. I had a major alliance with Cricket and Alex almost from day one and I stuck to it throughout the game. I also made a deal with Thomas that I stuck to and saved him several times. I made a deal with Anthony to save him. I struck major deals that I needed to make to stay alive...does that make me a floater with a non-offensive strategy, or does that make me someone who is smart and learned what he needed to do to survive? I realize I probably won't get most of your votes, but I hope that you can see what I did was good strategy and not just lazy gameplay. I strategized past a lot of you and I would hope you would have respect for that, after all it is a game. Bottom line: Alex is a great player and he was the mastermind behind a lot of stuff. AND to be quite simple he won the final challenge and earned his spot here, whereas I had to wait to be chosen. Thanks Oscar, I hope my answers dont' come off as too mean...I really did respect you and had fun with you in this game, I am just trying to be honest in my answers.

Answers are interesting, i didn't realise how much you had all planned the game out. I think the only PM i sent Thomas was in the first round where one of us said whoever is picked first in that round will pick the other as we both hadn't been chosen yet and it went from there, no planning, no scheming just saving each other when we could and untill the final stages was the next time i Pm'd him as i weren't able to vote him but was able to force Alex to chose him as he couldn't chose Kate. All in all, i suggest you could say my gameplay was 'lazy' as i didn't plan a thing out but at the same time, stayed true to any promise's i made, tried my best in the challenges etc.
Thinking back now, me and Thomas could have actually beaten the 5 of you and be sitting there now if i hadn't have made a wrong decision which was when i chose Jason over Thomas because i promised him. That's the only one thing i do regret but it does show that Jason did actually play a good game and it is down to Jason that you are both sitting in the final 2 HOWEVER Alex hasn't had to be as 'sly' but has still made it this far which is making my decision harder but i do actually think i've made my decision.
Once i've read more answers to questions, that's when i'll make my final decision. I may think of some more, ha.
Jesus, you'd think i was the one answering the questions the way i go on, and on, and on...

Hey Alex and Jason, congrats on making the Final-2!
Here are my questions for both of you: 1. How was I significant to your game play? 2. How was your game play good enough to win my vote? 3. What does your place in the Final-2 mean to you?
I want 100% honest answers.
Thanks
