How about burnt rubber? And I'm sure the smell of burning flesh (human of course) isn't pleasant, from what I've heard.
Although burnt popcorn isn't pleasant.

The point of the conversation was something that smells bad.
The smell of Victory to me is the smell of my local Boarders (so many books!) And my school's pool. And the smell of prime rib cooking!

It's just all the people I know who have been in the military I don't like, and for good reasons... I'm including a guy who will be going into the military after high school, he pointed a gun to my head. (Thank God he moved!)
