Oh man Jeff, I thought someone actually liked me in this game, now I feel just like everyone else! Dr will goes emo! I love everyone in this game! No one's been rude or mean to the host throughout the whole first round. That is very unusual!

Ok, that was a bit of an exageration, but in the first game I ever hosted, I got pretty much cursed out by two players and it's because of that hapenning, there's one thing that I have come to do as a host: take myself out of everything as much as possible. In my first game (a Survivor game), if a tie could not be broken by previous votes, then the players would have to draw for the "purple rock". I actually put everyone's name into a bowl and drew out someone's name. Both players who were eliminated like this got really angry about it and voiced their anger saying I was rigging the game. I found it hard to believe since the two who went out were friends of mine while people I opennly disliked in other games were surviving the purple rock. If I were to rig a game (which I never would) I would make sure my friends were to do well.
So, now I do my best to stay hands-off and and find arbitrary ways to solve problems. No more "purple rocks" for this host.
