Welcome to the second Veto competition! The houseguests competing in this game are Mei, Cybergrl, BioDork, kathleen, Elizabeth, and Peter Parker.
This game is reminiscent of Battleship -- actually, it is exactly like Battleship. From the board below, each player must PM me where they would like to place their ships: there will be one ship comprising three adjacent spaces, one ship comprising two, and one ship comprising one.
This competition will last a few days. Each of you will also PM me six spaces you would like to attack first. Put the one you want to attack first at the top of your list, because even though you will PM me the locations of six spaces, it is only for one turn. You are PMing me six in case you are the last one to send in, and miraculously, every other spot you've chosen has already been chosen by the players before you.
The game will continue on like this until all but one's ships are sunk. A round will end when everyone has made one move. As soon as I get the PMs for one round, I will post the progress here and a new round will begin immediately. Potentially, there could be multiple rounds in one day. The order in which you send me the PMs for the FIRST ROUND will be the order in which you will attack for the rest of the game, no matter when you send them in later rounds.
Here is the board:
If a player does not send me their hits within 24 hours of the time a round is posted, they are eliminated from the competition. Players, start sending me your hits and where your three ships will be located.
Note: If you are unaware of what a hit is, it's just a spot on the board. For example, A-1 or B-6 would be examples of a hit.
