After reading confessionals and AIM chats, it seems that Yin did actually vote for Yang the round The Aleth was voted out but then changed his vote after being convinced to ... I've loved everything you've done in this game Jeff but allowing someone to change their vote ... never have I known that to be allowed ... I'm actually really annoyed with that purely because you've announced votes early before, therefore not giving other people chance to decide to change their vote.
Ah well. I definately feel now that I did ALL I could in this game and I did actually succeed even if it was only for 5 minutes.

This has actually been an issue before and I will tell you my policy on these things: if I have not announced it as a rule (which I didn't), I will allow it to happen and then I amend my rules.
All the players that this involved and brought this up to me had not played one of my games before where changing a vote was an issue cause no one ever tried. Then, this issue came up and I searched through my rules and all TCs to see if I had ever stated this. I then went back to previous games where the players involved had been players of mine and I had it stated nowhere in those games, either.
So, I allowed it that one time for two reasons: 1. (the main reason) I did not have it stated as being against my rules and 2. (a minor reason) I misremembered the votes when I aprooved it and thought it would have made the vote 6-3 instead of 5-4, not really affecting the outcome.

If you knew it would have changed the vote, would you have still allowed it though?

If I knew it was going to change who was being eliminated, I would have been leaning heavily towards allowing it just because that would have been following the same line of judgement I normally use to resolve issues of someone finding a loophole in something I left out of the rules. However, I probably would have also gotten the opinions of a few people I felt weren't following the game.

However, you still played a good game Anthony....so do not be disappointed by the outcome because you were definately deserving of a F3 spot....however, there were only 3 of those spots to go around and several players who would have been deserving of the seat.

Exactly...Yang wasn't even aiming at you Yin....he was saying that there were other jurors who would have also been good F3 candidates (like Anthony, Phil, etc).
You need to stop twisting everything to make it seem like its an attack on you...

After that TC, how can I. Really? I question each and every one of you jurors' morals.

As I mentioned in the Final TC questioning, if you want morals, go to church! By finally admitting you lied during the game, your morals are now in question also.

don't get all personal with me.. You have gotten personal with almost every juror....so millertime ABSOULTELY has the right to attack you in any way he wants. In fact, any juror or finalist has that right until you let it go and stop bickering.
