When the votes were revealed, Yang and TheAlethiometer got 4 votes each and when the last vote was revealed to be for TheAlethiometer, I almost fell out of my seat. I'm still wondering who out of the 4 (Anthony, Carol, Yin, and TheAlethiometer) voted for TheAlethiometer. Could TheAlethiometer self-voted? I think my best guess is that Yin screwed us over. He never replied my message. I only felt confident from Anthony telling me that Yin is voting Yang for sure.

After TheAlethiometer was voted off, I kinda talked my disappointment out with Anthony

Our conversation:

Carol PM'd me saying obviously Yin can't be trusted and that Brennus was the next vote and dragon was in with voting out Brennus next ...

I got the same thing from Carol also. I feel like I've lost control over this game. I tried to take the reign for a while there, but when I was screwed in that last Tribal, I took a big blow. Well, we both have been working so hard together in this game. Sorry I couldn't do enough to help us any better. I'm glad I could saved you from the last Tribal Council though. They were talking about voting you off earlier, but I think I changed their mind to be TheAlethiometer.

So for the next vote, I will think about this Brennus option. I really have no other plan yet, so that might be our best chance. I'm afraid that they might vote for you though, to avoid any lost in a tie situation.

One thing I didn't like about the last Tribal Council was that, if Dragon wanted to vote for Brennus, we should have all voted for Brennus to make sure we keep the number first. That's actually what I told Carol we should do, but Carol told me why go for Brennus when we had enough votes to get Yang out, and look what happened.

Yang also realized that I voted for him, which makes me realize how close he is with Yin, because he didn't seem to question Yin's vote at all. He came straight back at me, bragging about his survival from the last Tribal Council, so I just tried to keep it cool to him.

Our conversation:

Ha, Well Yang saw it coming, especially after you ignored him. Thankyou Philotas for making this very easy...by finally giving solid proof that you had every intention of getting rid of Yang....he can now enlighten you that he has never trusted you. Partially at times, but he knew the day would come when you tried to stab him in the back...fortunately for Yang...he was already prepared for it. The only question is, will you be prepared? *grins*

To be honest, I'm glad that you are still in the game. What would this game be without your evil grin. I'm glad though that you understand the game, and respect my decision, and know that this is just a strategical move. I know you are very powerful with many alliances, and yes I was trying to take you out. Don't call it back stabbing though, because we never really had any deal.

I'm always prepared to get the boot, Yang. I never thought that I have to win or get away with every Tribal Councils.

I'm very suspicious/curious of how you were able to get many people to vote your way.

If you think about it, I really have no chioce but have to try to take you out. I never feel like I'm Yang's closest man, and if I let the number gets too low, I'm sealing my fate for lower than Final 4-5. Hope you understand this and respect my gameplay. I do respect yours.

It now seems obvious that it was Yin who screwed us all over. Unless she gets to the Final, I strongly feel that she's made the worst move anyone could have made in the whole game. I don't know what kind of magic words Yang blew into Yin's ear to make Yin's vote changed in the last minute like that. She even lied to me that she voted for Yang, when she voted for TheAlethiometer.

After my plan has been crushed, I have to quickly change my gameplay. Yang might be my biggest enemy, but he might be the most logical person discuss strategy with. I'm offering him a deal that if he saves me this round, I will not vote for him to be eliminated, plus I will vote for him to win if he's in the Final, and I in the jury. I hope it's an appealing offer. That's basically my last move that I have to play when I know that my head is really on the chopping block.
