Welcome Chefs. Since Bettina was such a wonderful guest for our Quickfire, she is back for our Elimination Challenge! Your challenge is to create a 7 course meal for Bettina. Bettina will give you a theme, and it could be ANYTHING. You have an unlimited budget this time.  You must still show a receipt, and photos if you can. Your seven courses are: 1. Soup 2. Salad 3. Appetizer 4. Pasta 5. Fish 6. Protein (any meat - Cow, Buffalo, etc.) 7. Dessert As soon as Bettina gives you your theme, you will have 72 hours. Good luck Chefs. Padma PS. OK I am back. I narrowed it down. This is for the practical side of me since I'm the non-cook that I am. I should go with that...you all can give me some real ideas on some new meals. That would be "Camping Out"! I honesly will look forward to seeing what you all come up with! Have fun and good luck!  (My mouth is watering right now thinking about it!) |

OK sorry to tell you this you guys. I have been checking in ever couple days and nothing so far.
I am going away for 3 days, leaving mid afternoon on Friday and not coming back til late on Sunday. No internet while I am gone...sorry if this slows this down even more, but I have a mini trip that I have been looking forward to, a reunion, so I must go.
I will check in late Sunday or Monday...sorry.
