Rules of the Game--
1. Once you cast a vote, it is final and you can not re-send.
2. If you don't send in a vote, it will count as a self-vote
3. Ties will be broken in this order 1. Past Votes (more past votes=out) 2. Tiebreaker Challenge (lose the challenge=out) 3. Time Sent in (slower time=out)
4. Cheating will not be tolerated, but loopholes will...by all means, if you find a loophole in the rules of a challenge or the general rules, Yang encourages you to exploit it until you are caught...as a master of walking the thin line himself, how could Yang discourage you all from finding loopholes?
5. As host, any decision Yang makes is final...and in the event Yang wishes to change a decision in the interest of fairness, it is solely at his digression.
That's it for now, if any other changes are made to the rules, then Yang will post them.
In the meantime, Enjoy your stay in Hell!....haha, Yang just made a good contradiction...enjoy and hell in the same sentence...*grins*

Kathleen failed to submit someone to move-up after winning move-up #3 and this has never happened yet, so since there was no rule in-print she will be let off with a warning this time.
However, if this ever happens again in the course of the game, the person who doesn't submit will have an extra vote cast against them at their next TC.
Sincerely, Yang

Since she didnt can one of us pick someone Yang believes he answered this elsewhere, but no. The person who wins the Move-Up Challenge must be the one who picks.
