Don't know where you got that, but here are the rules for this board:

It was pointed out to me that there were no general board rules, so I have typed these up. I believe that they should mainly be common sense, but not everyone's going to think the same way. So, these are here as a precaution.
- No flaming. You may not like someone, and you have every right to like and not like who you choose, but flaming will not be tolerated. That means do not make personal attacks against another member. I will give a warning to anyone who flames because not everyone is going to have the same idea of what flaming is, so not everyone is going to know where I draw the line. However, if the person ignores the warning and persists in flaming, they run the risk of being banned from the site.
- No multi-registering for games unless the host specifically permits it. You can have multiple accounts on the site, but you may not register multiple accounts for one game. Anyone who is caught multi-registering for a game will have their clone accounts thrown out of the game and if the host chooses to do so, the person who made the clone accounts. Multi-registering takes the fun, challenge, and fairplay out of the game.
- Pornography will not be tolerated. If you post porn, you will flat-out be banned from RGO. No warnings, just a ban. This includes avatars and signatures, too. Porn will not be tolerated anywhere on this site.
- No spamming. I have an area set-up for advertising sites, so do not advertise in other areas.
- No posts advocating illegal activity. I do not advocate performing illegal activities and being the creator of this board, what you post here, reflects upon me, as well.
- A host may not play in his/her own game. I will never play in any game I run and anyone who becomes a host here will not be allowed to do so, either.
- Do not steal material from RGO. I thought this was common sense in the past, but I have found my TAR rules copied and pasted word for word on another site. They were just rules and had the person asked if they could copy and paste my rules word for word, I probably wouldn't have had a problem with it, but I did put thought and time into making it and to take what I put time into making, without asking, is unethical. We have also had a problem with someone taking the skin JP made. It even had JP's images from his photobucket account on the site. It's nothing big, but just ask us if you want to use something we put time into making.
- I reserve the right to change/add to the rules as I see fit. I will not do so in any way to show favortism, but am reserving the right in the event that I have overlooked something. Also, a host may have his/her own set of rules for his/her own game, but those rules will apply only to their game and not to any other game or forum at RGO.
