Cid Highwind is the first Final Fantasy character you come across in Traverse Town. The password to the Route Info board is the same as the number Final Fantasy Cid Highwind appeared in (Example: if I asked for the number Final Fantasy that Locke appeared in, the answer would be Final Fantasy 6, so 6 would be the password to the Route Info board).
