Why Hello again adoring fans of Yang...it has been a few weeks since his last Log. However, Yang shall get right down to business and explain what has been going on...
As you can see, Yang is still alive and doing well. However, In week 3 we lost darkking01 as well. This was not a huge loss to the alliance as he was just a number who we allowed the privelage of being in our group. Still, nontheless, we lost a number. William planned to rebound if he went back to tribal council. Brennus was against him with alex at his side. Will had dragon...and anthony would have been the swing vote which Will was hoping to pull over to his side and take out Brennus. They never did go back to tribal after that though.
Which brings me to Week 4 and the Xibalba TC week. This was a close challenge, but losing was actually a good thing. Losing this challenge made it so Will did not have to go through the pressure of "do or die" on the hands of Anthony's swing vote because if he couldn't get Anthony, he could have been gone. Did we throw this challenge? No, we did not, as Yang was not competing so he had no say in the outcome.
As for the vote in week 4, chad was always the target on nova's tribe, but on mine we waivered with splatt, c2m, and philotas. Yang really wanted philotas, but he comprimised with nova for splatt instead of c2m. When figured out splatt was gunning for nova, and knew chad was gunning for c2m. However, during the week we got tipped off that splatt, entropy, and chad had some sort of agreement and were working together. Still, we had numbers so this would not matter. However, once the votes were read, everything happened as planned and chad and splatt both went out, except there was one extra vote for novanardis and one extra vote for c2m. This means that entropy, splatt, and chad had help. At this point in time i suspected yin or philotas as the other vote for nova and suspected jake or yen as the other vote for C2M.
Now onto week 5...not much happened worth mentioning for this week until late after the challenge even. Yang carried his tribe in this challenge. Out of 24 pictures he sent in 10 which is the maximum one person can send in without hurting their tribes' progress. Yang did not even have a single person there to help him until Carol showed up an hour after the challenge started. Of course 3 ppl didnt show up either..nova, alethiometer, and december girl. This lost us all of the 7 points that Yang had earned (most likely by himself, maybe carol had earned 1). We finished at -2 which is horrendous. Something had to be done to correct this for next challenge, so Yang organized december girl's departure and she went home. Alethiometer and Nova both showed up after challenge time and that helped to clear them from the slate since december girl did not show up and had missed the last 2 events in a row (challenge and week 4 TC at xibalba). The main thing is not her departure however, before her departure was official Yang got a tip as to who his masked assailants working with entropy were.
Yen revealed that she is actually Elizabeth. Then she firmly stated that she and jake had both voted for splatt. Yang has no way of knowing this to be true, but he does believe it to be so. Lets just assume it is true for now though. Now Chad and Entropy were already known to be voting C2M, and now if Yen and Jake voted splatt, this leaves three votes left. Carol, Novanardis, and alethiometer. 2 had to vote splatt, 1 had to vote c2m. Yang knows Nova is not the culprit because he is closely working with Yang, and he would not authorize a hit on himself (referring to the 2 votes that were cast against him as well). This left Carol and Alethiometer. Yang used behavior patterns to differentiate these final two. As mentioned before, Yang already suspected Philotas and pinned him further throughout the week and tossed Yin's name out. Philotas seemed to be following a pattern of being mysterious and indecisive, especially with his vote. He would never give a straight up answer that he was voting with us until the last minute. Alethiometer seemed to follow this same pattern, which makes Yang jump to the conclusion that The Alethiometer is Entropy's missing link. Yang suspsects they have this pattern because they actually want nova out (Yang is not sure if they know of his involvement yet, in fact Yang thinks they believe he can help them), but even though they want nova out they do not have the numbers to pull it off. So Yang believes they are trying to work out a shift in power or wait till merge and gain some more numbers. In the mean time they seem to be biding their time and "sticking" with us.
Therefore, Yang has concluded that the alliance was Entropy (as ringleader most likely),Splatt, Chad, Philotas, and The Alethiometer.
*Note*: Yang would also like to briefly mention that december girl leaving benefits greatly. We dispose of someone whose vote we could not on to gain someone's vote we can count on in William who will be joining us. Essentially we gain 2 votes because we lose one we dont need and gain one we didnt have. This will give us even more power and a better chance to control any shift in the balance of power. Also, it appears the original power 5 plan has been scrapped with the departure of darkking awhile back for a mere 3-pronged attack of Nova, William, and Yang with the aid of alot of pawns that each of us has acquired.
This brings Yang to his last point of this log....Yang is seeing signs that there could be a rift in this "3-pronged" attack in the future, possibly even the near future.
This rift would be with NovaNardis because 1. He does not trust William even though Yang knows we can trust him and 2. Nova seems to trust Philotas too much, maybe so much that he is naive.
Yang has given Nova warnings and signs that he needs to believe his judgement, but Nova does not seem to want to let go. If we are on different pages for too much longer, William and Yang may have to go behind Nova's back to take out Philotas. We would do this by William acquiring Alex and Anthony because he said he could garner their votes...that would be 4, then we would need a swing vote to guarantee that Philotas leaves. Yang hopes it does not come to this, but if it is necessary, Yang would take action to ensure the safety of the three of us.
