What you gave up the first Immunity Challenge applied to this round. However, this round, you have tribal immunity.
Congrats, you don't have to worry about the consequences of what you gave up. Since the tribe is immune this round, you don't go to Tribal Council and what you gave up does not apply to the third round. So, if you go to TC next round, you will be able to win individual immunity (if applicable), you can vote in the TC, and you will not have the extra vote cast against you.
