Welcome Top Chefs,

Today you will be working in Teams! Depending on the order of knife you pulled will determine your partner! But I'll get to that in just one minute.

Today's challenge you will be making...

A NEW KIND OF BURRITO!!

But it won't be a traditional burrito, it will be a fusion burrito, or a burrito influenced by other cultures other than Spanish ones. There will be 4 different burritos - Chinese, French, German and Italian. You will work together to create this dish with each of you having equal input.

You will have $20 to shop between the two of you, and you BOTH must send in the following:

• NAME of your burrito
• Receipt from peapod.com for your stuff (if you need to go elsewhere for stuff that's fine, just show me receipt)
• A photo or drawing of your creation, if you can. You will not receive points off if you don't send one.
• The actual recipe that you both come up with

We will be judging on creativity and teamwork. The kitchen is a team atmosphere and sometimes you must blindly rely on your teammate to get you through it.

You will have 4 days to work on this (people have said the longer timelines are better) so I am giving you plenty of time. If you all finish earlier I will judge earlier.
