Sorry for the delay. My mind's been spacy lately.
This challenge is not time-sensitive, so it being first to see it makes no difference.
Please find a partner for this challenge. As outgoing Chain Leader, greendayfan42 will not participate in this challenge. The rest of you please find a partner. One person will not have a partner, and will not be the Chain Leader, but will play a part in determining the Chain Leader.

Ok, anyone without a confirmed partner by tomorrow at 2pm (EST) will be out of this challenge.
The next part is tomorrow at 2pm (EST).
Sorry for the wait, but I did not expect finding partners to take this long. I think that if I ever do partners in the future, I will assign partnerships.

For the second half of this challenge, everybody will be given 4 points to distribute.
Each person must give a point to a single person in each pair and then a point to a pair together.
For example, chemgirl needs to give a point to one person in each of the three other pairs. Like one to Heather, one to JP, and one to ToxicityOrgs or one to Aaron, one to cricket, and one to Zach. Just so that she has given a point to one person in each pair. She would then give her last point to a pair overall.
taraddict will get 4 points to distribute. taraddict will distribute 3 points to the pairs in any way he chooses and then one point is reserved in the event of a tiebreaker.
The person with the most points in the pair with the most points will win.

sallyismyfriend is the new Chain Leader.
