Senior Project Survey - Please Help :)

In order to graduate, I have to do a senior project for my CIS and English classes. We need a source of primary research, and so I chose to make a survey.

My topic is on phishing scams. This survey is only 5 questions long, and should only take a couple minutes.

For the number of e-mails, I made a reasonable guess. I honestly don't check how many spam e-mails I get, because they are instantly filed away.
