That means that Heather and redwings are both eliminated. I'm sure the suspense is only for JP and Aerith since Heather and redwings know they didn't send in on time.
Lady Luck wanted all players who scored between 10,000 and 20,000 points to be eliminated. JP scored well below that while Aerith scored well above that.
